Compass is the school’s administration system and all parents and students need to register and download the Compass app to a phone or device. It is the main channel used for communication between the school and the students and parents.
The Compass app allows parents to:
Monitor your child’s attendance, and enter explanations for late arrivals or absences
Communicate with your child’s teachers and update family contact details
Monitor homework, assessments, and view learning tasks
Download and view your child’s progress and reports
View ‘My News’, a newsfeed of school announcements, alerts and updates
View your child’s timetable and the school calendar
Book conferences i.e. Parent-Teacher meetings
Pay and provide consent for events, trips and school fees
Login details are provided after student enrolment at Pobalscoil Inbhear Scéine.
